Move over Gin and Tonic, this
citrus summer mocktail is everything you need for your summer
party this year!
 |
Citrus Summer Mocktail |
You will need
- A pitcher
- Glasses of your choice
- Elderflower sparkling water
- Ice – preferably crushed
- 1 lime
- 1 orange
- ½ lemon
- Mint
- Cut ¼ of your lemon and ½ of your
orange into wedges. Use these to wipe the inside of your pitcher glass (or the
glass you will be serving the drinks from…your call). This will leave the juice
of the lemon and orange on the glass. Place pitcher or glasses in the freezer
for 10 minutes of in the fridge for 30 minutes to allow the fruit juices to settle.
- Take 2 mint leaves per drinking glass
or a handful per pitcher and place these inside the glass/pitcher.
- Place a handful of crushed ice
into each drinking glass or fill a pitcher 1/3.
- Then add one slice of lemon,
orange and lime to your pitcher or one slice of your choice to the drinking
glass…you know, for effect!
- Finally, place the elderflower
sparkling water into the pitcher or drinking glasses.
- Voila! Enjoy your citrus summer
mocktail!
